The foundation of my work:

I didn’t start here.

My path into this work came through my own health challenges, my time in the medical system, and years of figuring out what actually works… and what doesn’t.

That experience changed how I see the body entirely.

I don’t believe your body is working against you.
I don’t believe more restriction leads to better results.
And I don’t believe burnout is the price of success.

I believe the body is adaptive, intelligent, and always responding to the environment it’s given.
I believe symptoms are signals, not problems to suppress.
And I believe when your body, your lifestyle, and your environment are supported in the right way, things start to shift… often far more than you’ve been told is possible.

This work has been a long, non-linear process of learning what alignment actually looks like, and how to return to it.
